The younger generations, in addition to a balanced life, a comfortable salary and working conditions, expect dynamic and fast career paths. Their level of patience is much lower than that of other generations and companies must be able to offer them deadlines or job changes every 6 months. After 6 months, a phenomenon of lassitude and routine sets in because their relationship to frustration and patience is weak.
