Casius Morea (EmailTree AI): Talking to the future with the Artificial Intelligence
“We all want free time without having to deal with repetitive text requests at work,” reminds Casius Morea, CEO at EmailTree. His company provides solutions to ease workers’ routines and anticipate the future at work. Interview.

Can you present your company and its features in a few words?
We all want more free time without having to deal with repetitive text requests at work. EmailTree AI ensures – in France and Luxembourg – the capability of hyper automating the process of replying to emails and texts within seconds. Thus, our AI-driven end-to-end solution empowers customer service and support teams with more productivity tools, while increasing customer satisfaction. For example, we provide a combination of NLP (Natural Language Processing), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and ML (Machine Learning) techniques. These ones allow automate response composition, trigger automatic actions in databases, and speed up response time for emails and any text request. Moreover, we expect – as AI innovation trends develop – significant breakthroughs in many sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare, automotive, e-commerce, and finance. EmailTree will belong to all of these as we move forward, step by step.
“Jobs will turn less manual and repetitive in the future, and technology-based companies will outperform their competitors”
How can Luxembourg’s ecosystem help you grow?
Inspiration and contribution to the ecosystem play a meaningful role in my work. We should not underestimate the act of giving back today, because we all focus on finding the best way to give back to the community. For me, Luxembourg's ecosystem represents the perfect place to be since I am trying to innovate both through thought and action.
How do you imagine your company two years from now?
Our work environment will become increasingly automated with the development of artificial intelligence. We especially noticed the beginning of a shift with the pandemic, which will affect everyone and every business. Jobs will turn less manual and repetitive in the future, and technology-based companies will outperform their competitors. Hence, we are working on a range of innovative new features over the next two years, such as voice-to-text messaging and social media applications.
