“The multi-cloud adoption will be a top priority for CIOs and IT leaders.”
What are the main trends that influence your activity?
The multi-cloud adoption will be a top priority for CIOs and IT leaders. In 2023, shifting to a modern, cloud-based, software-defined and data-driven network infrastructure will become critical to the overall success of a business. Gartner analysts have estimated that by 2027, the Cloud will have moved from being a technology enabler to an innovation facilitator and business disruptor. Their study reveals that while the Cloud is currently essential for 50% of companies, this figure will rise to 90% within 4 years. Gartner estimates that the market for public cloud services should be worth $1 trillion, a figure well above the other segments of the IT market. Another priority is the Cloud-delivered secure access service edge (SASE). IT leaders will increasingly use SASE to secure the anywhere and anytime access needs of users and devices.
How does your company adapt to these new developments?
To help our clients achieve their digital transformation goals, we use our full-stack technology services delivered through our integrated services platform. As a long-term strategic partner, we help clients enhance customer and employee experiences, transform their cloud strategy, modernize their networks and strengthen their cybersecurity. We take a cloud-first approach collaborating with the industry’s most trusted public cloud partners across hybrid infrastructure, enterprise applications and security. As their needs change, NTT will support them with consistent services across clouds. NTT provides a wide range of services from end-user service desk, field services, virtual desktop support, private cloud, public cloud, networking, telecommunication and cyber security services.
